Our 18th Annual Trunk Scholarship Celebration was an unforgettable success! Hosting this year’s festivities at the Obama Presidential Center’s Home Court provided a perfect backdrop for achievement and potential as we awarded over 200 laptops and trunks filled with school and dorm room supplies to excited college-bound students.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our esteemed alum Myetie Hamilton, CEO of Leadership Greater Chicago and recipient of the Ada S. McKinley Legacy Award. Her powerful keynote address about her journey as a first-generation college student offered invaluable wisdom to our scholars as they head off to colleges and universities throughout the country.
