Congratulations to our Foster Care team on the launch of two new programs: Intact Services and Early Childhood Court (also known as Baby Court). The Intact Family Services program maintains and strengthens family units by providing in-home services to prevent children from entering the foster care system. The Early Childhood program is designed to support families that have infants or toddlers under the age of four and are currently involved in child welfare services in Illinois. The overall goal of this program is to achieve positive outcomes for young children involving safety, permanency and well-being.
