Ada S. McKinley is one of four agencies taking a critical leadership role in serving youth impacted by violence and trauma in the community through the Youth Leadership Project. This joint venture of the Illinois Coordinated Care Partnership (ICCP) has resulted in the creation of programs designed to develop leadership skills at four target schools focusing on
at-risk, male youth in 7th and 8th grade.
Pictured with our CEO are students at Ada’s Mollison Elementary School program site celebrating the completion of the first of two eight-week sessions. Partnering organizations include Centers for New Horizons at Fuller Elementary School, Habilitative Systems at Melody STEM School, and Healthcare Alternative Systems at Shields Elementary School.
