For those interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine booster, the Chicago Department of Public Health is making it easier for those eligible to get their extra vaccine dose. For a list of mobile and pop-up vaccination events, check out the city’s online calendar: www.Chicago.gov/VaxCalendar.

City of Chicago Vaccination Sites
Vaccination sites operated by the City of Chicago are now open to anyone 12+ and can accommodate walk-ins.
City of Chicago In-Home COVID-19 Vaccination for Persons with Disabilities and Seniors – The City of Chicago is working to integrate mobile home health care vaccination services to reach home-bound individuals who are unable to go to the City’s COVID-19 vaccination sites to get the vaccine. This includes persons with disabilities and seniors who require in-home assistance or have the use of adaptive equipment (wheelchair, ventilator, etc.) and leaving home requires considerable effort. Please note that City vaccination sites are ADA accessible, and this program is specifically for those who are unable to leave home for medical reasons. Sign up by calling 833-308-1988. Hotline hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm. You can also sign up online by clicking here.
Vaccine Appointment Call Center – The Illinois Department of Public Health has launched the Vaccine Appointment Call Center to assist people who do not have access to or who have difficulty navigating online services in making appointments to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Call 833-621-1284 (TTY calls accepted here as well).
