Congratulations to our athletes and self-advocates Donta Jones and Johnny Grady on completing the bi-annual Leadership Academy Training, sponsored by Special Olympics Illinois. The training included group and breakout sessions that discussed speech writing, leading committees comprised of other athletes, and speaking points when sharing their experiences with potential supporters. They also took professional head shots during this valuable opportunity.
