Our Special Olympics Men’s Basketball Team received a warm reception at the official Championship Ceremony recognizing them as the 2023 Division 7 State Champions. Hosted by Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias and joined by Special Olympics Illinois, Secretary Giannoulias presented an Official State Proclamation recognizing the winning teams, took photos with team captains, and participated in basketball activities with the athletes. Congratulations to our Ada S. McKinley Panthers on this well-deserved recognition of their 3rd State Championship.
