A round of applause for the second Graduating Class of our IT Training Program!
The 24-week course is part of an ongoing collaboration with Hikima Cyber Security Academy. It was offered to individuals ages 17 to 24, with and without disabilities, to help them qualify for many cyber security and general IT employment opportunities paying $60k or more. The graduation ceremony also served as a Career Fair and Networking event to fast-track students to obtain careers in IT. Graduates participated in one-on-one mock interviews with actual recruiters and provided their resumes.
Major shout out to the employers that came out to speak with graduates about their experience, network, and share opportunities: Rush University Medical Center; Chicago Board of Options Exchange; Dele8; Power Kiosk; and Sweet Bean.
