Ada S. McKinley, in collaboration with Illinois Partners for Human Service, hosted a Reframing Forum that focused on messaging within the human services sector. Nearly 100 communications professionals from human service and education organizations gathered at our McCrone location to discuss what the public believes about human service work, and ways to avoid reinforcing misconceptions and biases. Illinois Partners for Human Service advocates on behalf of more than 800 human service nonprofits located in every district in Illinois and is chaired by our CEO, Jamal Malone.
