How long have you been working at Ada?
“A year and a half.”

What is the most rewarding part of your job?
“Working with clients, developing my skills and being able to help others.”

What makes you proud to work for Ada?
“Ada is a good company who takes care of many individuals who has developmental disability needs.”

What is something that you’re learned while working as a DSP?
“I learned to always keep an eye on your clients. To know where your clients are at, at all times. To watch for signs if they are not feeling well.”

What one piece of advice would you give to a person who is new to the field?
“Read the clients files so you will know your clients.”

What is one fun fact about yourself?
“I love to listen to music and play games with my clients.”
