“7 months as of September 6, 2023.”
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
“Being proactive and introducing strategies to benefit the persons served.”
What makes you proud to work with Ada S. McKinley?
“Knowing that what we do in our classes makes the people we serve better each day. It transpires into how they feel on the inside out, and how they treat their peers in the community.”
What is something that you’ve learned while working as a DSP?
“Patience is key to learning and understanding who you are, and what you’re capable of.”
What is one piece of advice would you give to a person who is new to the field?
“Learn and understand what compassion is, and apply it to your life.”
What is one fun fact about yourself?
“I love to smile and laugh and make others laugh too.”
