“Seeing the people we serve smile each and every day, knowing I’m doing a great job.”

“I’m proud to say I work for Ada because we empower, educate, and employ throughout the community.”

What is something that you’ve learned while working as a DSP?
“Some of the individuals we serve are smarter than most people. They just want to be treated like a normal person.”

What is one piece of advice would you give to a person who is new to the field?
“Treat individuals with disabilities like you would treat your family members.”

What is one fun fact about yourself?
“I’m very compassionate, and I think I’m a comedian.”
