We were honored to participate in the recent Athlete Leadership University session, hosted by Special Olympics Illinois at Heartland Community College. This awesome, college-style program empowers athletes with intellectual disabilities to build confidence, master public speaking, and develop strong advocacy skills. A huge shoutout to our athlete representative, Brandon Dorsey. Brandon is already an experienced public speaker, and this advanced training will help him shine even brighter as a premier spokesperson. Way to go, Brandon!
