Our Fatherhood Barbershop Workshop for Job Readiness and Mentorship program is designed to support fathers and father figures by providing a safe space for open conversation, personal development, and mentorship. The workshop is a part of our Fatherhood Initiative and focuses on helping participants grow both personally and professionally while strengthening their roles as fathers and leaders within their families and communities.
