Job Summary
Provides community-based clinical casemanagement, individual, family, and group counseling, service linkage, and therapeutic support services to children, adolescents, families and adults who are experiencing mental health and/or substance abuse disorders. Services provided are in-home and office-based.

Education/Experience
Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health discipline including social work, psychology, or counseling and six months of experience in working with children; or be a licensed practical nurse.
