Summary |
Employee will develop the departmental plans for the growth and development of private philanthropy in a way that ensures an integrated and synchronized approach to the Agency’s mission. Will perform cohesively with other Development staff to propel the essential functions of corporate and foundation relations, major giving, annual giving, capital campaigns, volunteer opportunities and corporate partnerships. |

| Education/Experience |
| A Bachelor’s Degree with advanced training desired. A minimum of seven years experience in a non-profit organization with at least four years of demonstrated success in creating and leading development programs in not-for-profits. Experience in managing development staff is required. Knowledge of Chicago’s philanthropic community. |
