Summary |
Supervises and administers an operational unit of the facility and provides direct rehabilitation services to adults with developmental disabilities. Provides direct supervision and gives direction to assigned rehabilitation staff, clients, and associated personnel. Develops plans and recommends training programs to assist clients in reaching their optimum level of vocational, social, and personal development. Prepares progress reports, program reports. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members. Under direction of the Supervisor of Rehabilitation Services.

| Education/Experience |
| Position requires a bachelor’s degree in social/human services or related fields and at least two years experience in field including successful supervisory and program planning experience. Must be a QMRP or meet QMRP eligibility. Experience in the implementation of Work Adjustment programming/services, specifically curriculum development, developing community-based training sites, and vocational training for persons with specialized needs preferred. |
